St. Margaret's Hospital has purchased the former Home Hardware Store building in downtown Spring Valley located at 221 W. St. Paul Street. The 9,500 square foot building has been remodeled and is the new home of St. Margaret's Patient Accounts Center (formerly the Billing Department).
According to Jeannette Kneebone, Patient Accounts Department Manager, "This is much more convenient for the patients who need to visit us. There are no steps or elevators to maneuver and planty of parking spaces are available. It is very user friendly for all of our customers."
All telephone numbers and fax numbers remain the same. Patients wishing to make a payment or who may have questions regarding hospital and/or clinic bills may contact the Patient Accounts Center by calling 664-1575 or by visiting the new office at 221 W. St. Paul Street in Spring Valley. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
