BOTOX® Cosmetic is a procedure for facial wrinkles that provides a non-surgical option for accomplishing facial rejuvenation, performed by our licensed medical doctor, Nicole Norris, MD.

BOTOX® COSMETIC

Botox® Cosmetic is a non-harmful chemical that Dr. Norris injects in very small doses with a micro-fine needle into certain muscles of the upper face. Botox® Cosmetic is FDA- approved to temporarily weaken contraction of these muscles thereby smoothing out wrinkles around our eyes caused from squinting and lines between our eyes from being angry. It is also used to soften the horizontal lines of the forehead that make
us appear older than we are.

Most patients do not require anesthetic and will note treated lines will disappear within a few days to two weeks. The results will last three to six months. Bruising can rarely occur, but patients may return to work the same day.

JUVÉDERM ULTRA XC® & JUVÉDERM ULTRA PLUS XC®

Juvéderm XC® is a clear injectable synthetic gel made of cross-linked hyaluronic acid which occurs naturally in your skin and we lose as we age. Juvéderm Ultra XC® is a dermal filler with lidocaine in it that Dr. Norris carefully injects into areas such as the lips or nasolabial folds. Juvéderm Ultra Plus XC® is a thicker formulation used to restore volume in the face due to the effects of aging.

The changes that you see immediately will last 6-9 months and these medications are reversible sooner, if needed. It is normal to have to have some discomfort and swelling that resolves in a few days.
