Scope of Responsibility:

Operates a console telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls; also performs various other hospital communications.

Education Requirements:

High school graduate or GED equivalent.  Previous operator experience helpful but not required.  Requires typing and computer skills and good interpersonal skills.
