Scope of Responsibility:

The Nurse Practitioner reports directly to the Vice President of Clinic Operations.  The Nurse Practitioner is also accountable to the President of the Hospital, Medical Staff, clinic patients, families and visitors.

Education Requirements:

Eligible for license in Illinois as a Nurse Practitioner.  A minimum of one-year experience as a general Nurse Practitioner in primary care setting preferred.
