Primary Duties:
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Facilities Management. The Supervisor assists in managing the employees and activities of the Maintenance, Grounds and Security departments. The Supervisor also reviews the operation of the plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime and to identify opportunities for improvement. In addition, the Supervisor performs preventative maintenance, repairs mechanical equipment, repairs building structure, and assists with grounds. Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED equivalent. Requires working knowledge of mechanics and building trades. Prefer trade school graduate. Valid Driver’s License is required. Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
