Primary Duties:
Oversees and maintains all plant life on the hospital grounds, providing a neat and attractive appearance and safe environment. This includes planting new grass and plants, application of proper weed control chemicals, and maintaining all grounds related equipment. In addition, the groundskeeper is responsible for snow and ice removal, transporting mail, and repairing outdoor furniture.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED equivalent. Three years of previous yard work experience preferred and preference will be given to individuals who possess course work in horticultural subjects. Valid Driver’s License is required.
