Responsibilities: 

To provide patient care duties in compliance with standards of professional nursing practice in a respectful, safe, individualized manner, which will aid the patient in attaining and maintaining an optimum level of health.

Education Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, experience preferred.  Current State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse license or Licensed Registered Nurse. CPR certification required.
